Information we collect

We collect the information taxpayers voluntarily submit through advertising lead forms, including name, phone number, email address, state of residence, estimated IRS debt amount and reported notice type. From partner firms we collect business contact details and license type.

How consumer information is used

Taxpayer information is transmitted in real time to a single licensed tax professional with federal representation rights, nationwide across all US states, for the purpose of providing tax resolution services. We do not sell taxpayer records to multiple buyers, aggregators or marketing networks.

Consent records

Each submission stores the consent language displayed, a timestamp and the originating IP address. These records are retained to demonstrate express written consent and are available to the receiving partner firm on request.

Data retention and security

Lead records are retained for the period required to support delivery disputes and compliance obligations, then purged. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to personnel who require it.

Your choices

Consumers may request deletion of their information or opt out of further contact at any time by emailing privacy@mytaxreliefleads.com. We honor verified requests promptly and notify the receiving partner firm.
